1) screenshot of your App Store/ Google Play Store receipt
2) your Player ID.
Send us the Order Number instead of the screenshot if this is more convenient for you.
A Player ID is a sequence of letters and numbers which can be found at the bottom of Game Settings.
Upon your request we'll do our best to restore the lost Items.
If you would like a refund for the lost Items, please follow the steps below:

1. Visit Apple Support (https://support.apple.com/)
2. Find Contact Support on the top right corner.
3. Choose 'get help' under [Talk to us]
4. Choose [iTunes and Apple Music] - iTunes Store - Purchase & Refund.
5. Choose your options and continue requesting for refund.
===== Purchases in Google Play Store =====
1. Visit Google Play Help (https://support.google.com/googleplay/?hl=en#topic=3364260&contact=1)
2. Select: Contact Us -> Android apps & games -> Request a refund
3. Contact a support specialist via Email or Call
